American Airlines has been kind to us and is
offering a discount for those traveling to St
Croix
in October for the Swim.
There are ONLY about 100 seats available for
these
discounts and when they are filled you will then
receive
the lowest available fare.
*Important: The 100 seats go to the first 100 people
who
follow these directions and PAY for their tickets.
Here are the fares to St Croix, remember that the
applicaple taxes
will be ADDED:

Here are the instructions to purchase, you
must
follow them EXACTLY:
1. Mail you race entry in. I will give American a
list
of those entered in the race. Email: randy@thevictor.com
with your name when you HAVE entered the race and
the entry
is in the mail. If
someone is traveling with you (same flights) they
will also
be ok. ( get one record locator number, see # 3, for you and
your traveling companion(s) if any.
2. Call American at 800-237-7981 and book your
flight
in "O" class under Starfile CRB PROMO. If "O" is
not
available ask for coach desired booking.
3. Get a RECORD LOCATOR NUMBER from
American
4. Fax the following info to American:

Record Locator #
your credit card number and expiration date
Please mention that you would like to receive
back a faxed confirmation.
You should then receive a fax back from America
showing that your card has been charged and that you
are confirmed. If the special discount seats are sold out
American will then advise you of the lowest available
fare and fax you said fare for approval.
